The Southwest Incident Management Team (SWIMT) consists of personnel trained and equipped to provide support to the local incident command. SWIMT can deploy as individual resources to perform specific missions or, when requested, fulfill an incident management function to include all components/functions of a command and general staff operating under delegated authorities.
